The beta program lets you try Geminel on your own accounts, with free credits and help from our team, in return for your feedback. This guide is a summary: the Beta Program Agreement has the full terms.
How to join
- Fill in the form on the beta page and tick the box that accepts the Beta Program Agreement.
- We read your application. We choose participants ourselves.
- If you are approved, you get an email with an invitation link.
- Open the link, choose a password and press Activate account. Your workspace is created, with you as its owner and payer, and the free beta credits are in your balance.
The invitation link works for 14 days.
What you get
- Free beta credits, with no card needed. Your balance is on the Credits screen: see Credits.
- Real people from our team who help you set up your accounts, brand profile and first posts, and improve Geminel with your feedback.
- Until the official launch, your usage is counted at what the services really cost, with no markup. On the Billing screen your workspace shows the label Beta, at cost.
What we ask in return
- Use Geminel for real, regularly, on your own accounts.
- Join a feedback call about once a month, and answer short surveys.
- Report errors and unexpected behaviour as soon as you can, and answer our messages.
- Keep a copy of your important materials, and we suggest you keep publishing on manual approval while you test.
How it ends
The program lasts 90 days from the day you activate your account. After that you can keep using Geminel and pay for what you use with paid credits, at the same real cost, until the official launch. Before the launch we email you the plans and prices, and nothing is charged without your agreement. You can leave the program at any time.
