Geminel does its work through agents, each in a flow such as Planning or Comments & DMs. This guide shows you where to see them, what each step does and which switches are yours.
Open the map
- Press the round mark in the dock to open the launcher, then press Settings.
- Press Agents & flows.
The map shows the flows of your workspace as cards: Planning, Knowledge, Media library, Video production, Content & publishing, Comments & DMs, Follower welcome, Memory and others. Each card says what decides whether it runs, its last run and its agents. A card marked Changed has settings your workspace changed. A card marked New default has a newer Geminel default than the one your workspace uses.
Look inside a flow
- Press a card. The canvas shows each step in order, and which agent does it.
- Press a step. It lists its settings, and next to each one where it comes from: Geminel default, Set in Admin, Changed here, Written by Team architect, Set by Geminel or Setting.
- Under Inside, press the row to see the tools and subagents an agent calls while it works.
- Press Runs to see each time the flow ran, newest first. A run opens with its steps.
A setting you cannot change shows who can, for example Only someone who can approve posts can change it.
Use the switches that are yours
Anyone who can approve posts can:
- Switch the Weekly autopilot on or off beside the status line of the Planning flow. See Get ideas and plan your week.
- Open Agents and use the switch works for this workspace on a scout of the ideas team. An agent marked Always on cannot be switched off.
- Use a step's own switch, such as Contact memory in Comments & DMs or Paused in the Memory flow: see What Geminel remembers.
Everyone else can read all of this.
Good to know
- Which model an agent runs on is set under Models: see Which AI models your workspace uses. How much a flow does without asking is set in Autonomy.
- Only Geminel staff edit an agent's prompt or its thinking. You can read where those values come from.
- Automatic replies are switched on for the whole workspace by our team; the Comments & DMs and Follower welcome cards show whether they run.
- If you don't see Runs, or a flow or switch described here, ask us with Help and feedback. What you see depends on your workspace and on what the owner shares with you.
