Which AI models your workspace uses

See which AI model each agent in your workspace runs on, and ask us to change it. Our team makes the change.

Each agent in your workspace, such as the one that writes captions or the one that answers comments, runs on an AI model. You can see which one on the Models screen. Our team changes it for you.

See which model an agent runs on

  1. Press the round mark in the dock to open the launcher, then press Settings.
  2. Press Models. The row shows a short summary, for example that your workspace follows the Geminel defaults.
  3. Read the list. Each agent has a row with the model it Runs on and, at the end, where that choice comes from:
    • Geminel default (or Default on a phone): the agent follows the model Geminel recommends.
    • Your choice: our team set a different model for your workspace.
    • Follows and the name of another agent: it runs on that agent's model until it gets one of its own.
    • Set by Geminel for you, with a lock: Geminel set this one and it stays as it is.
  4. The agents of the ideas team are listed apart, under Ideas team.

What is fixed for everyone

Under Embeddings & media analysis, marked Set by Geminel, you see the Embedding model that makes your knowledge searchable and the Media analysis model that describes your photos and videos. A lock shows they are not chosen per workspace. If a new embedding model starts, Re-indexing appears while your knowledge base is rebuilt, and the old index keeps answering until then. If your workspace has Transcription, it appears under its own heading in the same way.

Good to know

  • You only read this screen. The Read-only mark in its header tells you that only our staff can change the model selection.
  • A different model can change how an agent writes and what it costs. For credits, see Credits.
  • Each agent follows the Geminel default until a model is picked for it, so new defaults reach you without any action.
  • If you see a note that no AI provider is configured yet, or a row is missing, ask us.
  • To see where an agent works, open your agents and flows.

Ask us

  1. Open Help and feedback: the chat icon at the foot of the launcher in the app or in the console, or the Help and feedback row on your Profile.
  2. Choose Ask a question and write which agent you want to change, for example the caption writer.
  3. Tell us why: quality, speed, or the language it writes in. We will tell you what we recommend.
  4. We make the change and you will see Your choice on that agent.
