Delete a workspace or your account

Schedule the deletion of a workspace you own or of your account, see what is erased after 30 days, and cancel before then.

Deleting is never instant. Nothing is lost for 30 days, and you can cancel until then.

Delete a workspace

Only the workspace's owner can do this.

  1. In the console, open Profile. Under Your workspaces, press the trash icon on the workspace.
  2. A sheet titled with the workspace's name, such as "Delete My Brand?", opens. Read what happens, then type the workspace's name in the field to confirm.
  3. Press Delete workspace.

From then on nothing is published, replied to or produced in the workspace, and nobody can open it in the app. Its members and payer are emailed. After 30 days its posts, media, knowledge, voices, connected accounts and settings are erased for good.

To cancel, press Cancel on its row, which now shows Deleting and the date. To keep a copy first, see Export your data.

Delete your account

  1. In Profile, press Delete account.
  2. In Delete your account?, enter your password. If you signed in with Google or Facebook and never set one, type your email address instead.
  3. Press Delete my account.

You are signed out of your other devices. To cancel, sign in within 30 days: the page Deletion scheduled has Cancel deletion. After 30 days your name, address, sessions, billing details and voice clones are erased.

Your workspaces

  • A workspace where someone else is the payer or the owner must be handed over first, or the other person deletes it. See Owner and payer.
  • A workspace with no other owner or payer is listed. Tick Delete these workspaces too. Their other members lose access now. to delete it with your account.

Good to know

  • Invoices, payments and the credit ledger are kept as the law requires, under an anonymous id. Posts already published on social networks stay there.
  • If you have unspent paid credit, the sheet says so. Write to us before the deletion if you want a refund. Saved cards are removed.
  • If you use two-step verification, you may be asked to confirm with a code.
