Photo, carousel and story sets made by the team

Let the team make a photo, a carousel or a set of story frames from an idea or from your photos, then check and schedule it.

The team can make a photo post, a carousel or a set of story frames for you, from an idea or from your own photos. You approve the plan, check the slides and then send the set on.

Start a set

  1. On Posts, press New post and pick the Kind: Photo, Carousel or Story set.
  2. For a photo or a carousel, tick Let the team make it. A Story set is always made by the team.
  3. Choose From an idea…, or give a working Title, and press Continue.
  4. On the sheet Let the team make it, under Start from, pick From the idea or From my photos. With your photos, drop them under Drop your photos here. One photo is enough.
  5. Write a Brief if you want, and under Where it goes tick the destinations. For a story set, choose the story accounts, First frame at and Seconds between frames.
  6. Optional: open Direction to pin the angle or the structure, and change Stops or Budget for this set. Press Start.

On a draft photo or carousel post, the same sheet opens from Let the team make it in the post's Media.

Review the plan

  1. When the team has a plan, the screen Review the plan shows the cover line and the slides.
  2. Press Approve, or Try another direction to drop the plan and choose again.
  3. Paid AI images are ticked by someone who can approve posts. For others the row says An approver decides.

Check the slides

  1. On Check the slides (Check the frames for a story set), use the destination tabs to see each size.
  2. Press the menu on a slide for Swap photo, Try another crop, Use the plain photo, Rewrite text, Change the template, Move earlier or Move later.
  3. Someone who can approve posts also sees Extend the background (AI).
  4. Press Go to the review.

Finish

  • On Review the set, press Back to the post and continue as in Approve, schedule and publish.
  • If you started from your photos, Restore my photos puts them back and sets the team's slides aside. Make a carousel instead builds a carousel from all your photos.
  • A story set goes on to Schedule the set, where you can change the times and press Save the times, then Schedule the set. Someone who can approve posts can press Reopen.

Good to know

  • You can change a set only while the post is a draft: Move the post back to draft to change the set.
  • If you don't see Let the team make it or Story set, ask us with Help and feedback.
  • Paid images and the team's work show their cost beside the action. Credits explains how it is counted.
  • The label Label as made with AI is set on the review, and for a story set on the schedule step.
